Appointments and Reservations
In order to best accommodate your preferred appointment times, we highly recommend that you schedule spa appointments prior to your arrival to the Larimar Spa. Reservations are subject to availability. Radisson Aruba Resort guests: room confirmation number or credit card will hold your reservation. All others require a credit card. Due to staffing considerations, same day reservations require payment in full.

All Internet requests for reservations are considered pending, and not valid, until an email confirmation is received from a member of the Larimar Spa staff.

Non-hotel guests with Larimar Spa reservations are not granted access to the resort's swimming pools or beach palapas. Those are reserved for registered hotel guests.

Cancellation
Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment price. No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price. Same day reservations are non-refundable.

Do you have special health considerations?
Please notify our reservation department if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments or special needs that may affect your choice of services. This information will be completed on your Personal Care Guide upon your arrival to the spa.

Arrival
For you to enjoy the full value of your spa treatments, we ask you to arrive at least 20 minutes before your appointment time to enjoy our water features.

Do you need help choosing your treatment?
Our spa concierge will help you plan the perfect spa experience based on your specific needs.

What should you wear?
A robe and slippers will be provided. Disrobe to the level of your comfort. Undergarments are not necessary, but you may wear them during your treatment if you prefer. Our professional therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body in a discrete manner, assuring your privacy at all times.

Should you shave before a treatment?
Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation treatments. We do, however, recommend that MEN PLEASE SHAVE 2 HOURS PRIOR to their scheduled face treatment.

Is there an age requirement to use the spa?
All spa and fitness center guests must be 18 years or older to schedule a treatment. Younger guests will need to have a parent present for their treatment.

Cellular Phones
We ask that you leave your cell phone in your hotel room. Larimar Spa is a cell phone-free environment.

Smoking
We are 100% smoke-free in all areas.

How are payment and gratuities handled?
We accept all major credit cards and traveler’s checks. Hotel guests may also charge services to their room. A 20% gratuity is customary for excellent service but entirely left to your discretion.

Gift Certificates
The perfect gift that is so very personal, so self-indulgent. Offering the ultimate in pampered services - advanced skin care therapies, therapeutic and integrated massages from around the world, exfoliation, nourishing and detoxifying body treatments, as well as a full-service salon. Gift certificates are available by amount or treatment.

Radisson Guest Day Pass
A limited number of day passes are available to Radisson guests. Please check with the spa front desk regarding specifics and fees.

Directions
Larimar Spa at the Radisson Aruba Resort is accessible from the beach walk and through the resort lobby.

Driving directions from Queen Beatrix International Airport
(7 miles from the Larimar Spa) and Oranjestad (4 miles from the Larimar Spa).
Take the main road out of the airport towards Oranjestad . After Oranjestad, this highway curves into JE Irasquin Boulevard. The resort is on the left side of the road in the high-rise area.

Getting There
There is no shuttle service from this airport so taxis are the best way to arrive. Fares range from $16 - $25 USD and rental cars are available online. Arubus public buses run from across the road from the airport to the main terminal in the Oranjestad dock area where a transfer onto Bus #10 or #10A takes passengers to the hotel area. There is an Arubus stop in front of the resort.
